Please make a social work case presentation after looking at case notes and there is a power point which is not done but has some ideas and information. Presentation have to be 15 min long so include that much that would last 15 minutes( plz make power point ) From the case notes you will find information regarding resources in community and how social worker is working with in collaboration with other agencies naming few such eg. CHOICE program, house cleaning program for wich he can get funding from special needs assistance etc. Kindly contact if anything missing or not understandable

And there is 5 min class discussion, so please include some questions for discussion which has to be social work critical thinking questions regarding the case or related.
